At Luxury Insider, every product is crafted-to-order in collaboration with some of the finest artisans and luxury makers from India and beyond. Because our model supports pre-order, bespoke production, we follow a transparent and limited refund policy as outlined below.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All items on LuxeShop are handcrafted on demand. This means:

Orders are non-cancellable once production begins

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or delays due to the artisanal process
We urge customers to read descriptions carefully, review sizing, and reach out for clarity before placing orders.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only offered in these rare cases:

Product damaged in transit

Wrong item delivered

Order lost in shipping and confirmed undeliverable
In such cases:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@luxuryinsider.in

Attach clear photos of the packaging and product

We will investigate and, if eligible, offer a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on availability
3. Process for Refunds
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original payment method

You will receive confirmation within 5–7 business days

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

Customized/personalized products

Delays caused by customs or local regulations

Incorrect address or failure to accept delivery

Slight artisanal imperfections (which are considered part of the handcrafted value)
5. Exchanges or Credit
In select cases, we may offer:

Store credit valid for 3 months

Replacements depending on product availability
